Lisa Marquette

Lisa’s role is to assist our clients to make not just beautiful buildings, but buildings that meet their needs and are cost effective. Lisa brings a property and financial perspective as well as ensuring economic and social development values are part of the design process.

In her 25-plus year career she has worked with a diverse range of business and property types throughout Australia in all aspects of property including research, financial analysis, business cases and strategies, operational reviews, social and financial impact assessments, policy reform, strategic planning and economic development.

Before joining KATSIERIS ORIGAMI, Lisa was an independent advisor on planning, development and management of cultural assets. 

Lisa graduated in 1987 from UWS with a business degree in property economics and valuation and took the opportunity to work in local government in NSW and Queensland where she held management roles in statutory property, tourism and economic development. 

She moved to the real estate sector as Director of Research for The PRD Realty Group, supporting the corporate office and 40 franchisees before joining PwC as Associate Director in Financial Advisory Services. 

20 years in consulting gives Lisa a unique knowledge of a diverse range of specialist property projects including hospitals, hotels, theme parks, boarding houses, cultural and community assets, the arts,  justice spaces, urban renewal and the adaptive reuse of buildings.
